Crazy Notes

The Cotton reels belonged to my Grandma's brother. He was a tailor.
Some of the lollipop sticks have jokes on them. Do they still do that?
And the notes are collected from an old neighbour and from a flat behind the Tate Britain in London where they had been thrown out of a window and the brick walls where also covered in the same indecipherable white chalk words.
