Magic tangled tress and a Mossy bouldered maze

Today I visited ancient Wistman's wood, set on high ground on Dartmoor,
which is why the Oak tress grow so stunted and gnarled.
It is apparently one of the most haunted spots on Dartmoor and it has a real mystical atmosphere.
I was so happy to go with my brother, who is such fine company when not lost in his own tangled drunken world.
