It was my daughter's Birthday party.
She just wanted a picnic by the river and the sun shone on us. I made the bizarre Sloth cake!
I also went on a boat in Torbay for a book launch of 'Beyond the beach' by Sophie Pierce and Matt Newbury. A fantastic trip full of history (Including where Charles Darwin finished 'The Origin of Species.') and natural history based around sea swimming.
"Seen from the sea, Torbays's coastline is suddenly transformed. It's like stepping into a wardrobe and coming out in Narnia."
