Gratitude

drawers draw
Each day...

I hope (fingers crossed) I have found a place to live.
I have viewed so many damp and expensive places.
It makes me mad for those who have little choice but to live in them.

When I am under pressure, sad, scared or hurt I tend to feel like a ball bouncing around in a pin-ball game.
I even feel guilty to stop to go to the toilet until I've sorted the problem!
I love this advice by Elsa Mora.

So I've been spending more pennies, (going to the loo!) stopping more and trying be more grateful for what I have.
I made these signs to remind me...first creative thing (except the fast food photo hits of Instagram) I've done in over 4 months.

  2. so nice, Jane! and it is a very good reminder that we can not forget to be grateful for all the wonderful things we have! and the best, our beloved friends! I am at the end of my art residence in Argentina with our dear Angela and I am so grateful too for these lovely days with her, Andy, Nico and all her family. I am going back to Brazil full of love in my heart! all the best, dear! xx Maria
